This just coming in....<br />The Bank of Korea has kept its benchmark interest rate unchanged at one-point-five percent for August.<br />The central bank has opted to freeze the rate...after cutting it by a quarter-of-a-percentage point<br />last month.<br />We'll have more details during our next newscast at noon, Korea time.<br />
